These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from The Vibe Kit ("we", "us", "our"), operated at thevibekit.com.

By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Products

All products sold are digital downloads (markdown files, text files, Claude Code skills). Products are delivered instantly via download link after payment.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required
• Payment is processed securely through Payhip
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

4. Delivery

• Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via a secure download link
• Download links are limited to 3 downloads per purchase
• Download links expire after 30 days
• It is your responsibility to download and save your files

5. Licence and Use

• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased products
• You may use the products for personal or commercial use (e.g. using guides and skills in your own development workflow)
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or give away the products
• You may NOT claim the products as your own original work
• You may NOT upload the products to any file-sharing platform

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of your cancellation right once the download begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, designs, text, and content remain the intellectual property of The Vibe Kit. Your purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vibe Kit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Disclaimers

• Products are provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes
• We do not guarantee specific results, income, or career outcomes
• AI tools and services referenced in our products are subject to their own terms and may change without notice

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. For US consumers, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the state in which the consumer resides.
